ESA Heading to the Moon in 2018

Hey Space Placers!

The European Space Agency (ESA) is heading to the Moon in 2018. The mission will involve a sophisticated lander at the South Pole. Hopefully the site selected will help to establish how much water ice is at the south ploe in at least one location by directly testing the site.

China and India are looking to land on the Moon as well in the coming years - China with Taikonauts and India with a lander.
