Well, now you can. This is NOT like some of the enterprises where you can purchase real estate on the Moon, name a star, etc.

One must understand however that only the International Astronomical Union (IAU) has the authority to officially name all objects in the solar system and observable Universe. IAU recently sent out a press release to explain the procedure http://www.iau.org/public_press/news/detail/iau1301/.
