Hey Space Placers!
I had a GREAT day at NASA's Langley Research Center in Virginia. I got to see the Orion Ground Test Article (GTA) up close and personal and learned what Langley does - which is very, very impressive. The GTA is used to check design, manufacturing and TESTING of the Orion manned spacecraft.
I took a lot of pics and got much information which will take a bit to put together. I will post a detailed blog tomorrow - I PROMISE. I got back late yesterday and had to watch my University of Virginia Cavaliers survive a March Madness scare from Coastal Carolina which meant a late night.
