Hey, Space Placers!

Today, April 13th,  marks the 50th anniversary of the explosion in Apollo 13's service module that cancelled the Moon landing and imperiled the lives of the astronauts.

The world was captivated by the second by second drama that unfolded until April 17th's successful splashdown.
