ARTEMIS I HEADING FOR HOME TODAY DEC. 5

 Hey, Space Placers!

Artemis I is headed for home and splashdown in the Pacific off the coast of San Diego on December 11.

According to NASA, "Splashdown is expected at 12:40 p.m., after which the exploration ground systems recovery team from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, working with the U.S. Navy, will recover the spacecraft."

The mission has been flawless so far.
