The 2001 Odyssey spacecraft captured a first-of-its-kind look at Arsia Mons, which dwarfs Earth’s tallest volcanoes.

    Don't forget that Mars being smaller has only 38% of the gravity that Earth does, so it's not so surprising that its volcanoes grew taller, back in the day.

Check out Comet A3!  The bright Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS will first become visible in the evening sky on October 11th, appearing between Antares, the brightest star in the constellation Scorpius, and Arcturus, the brightest star in Boötes.
