A week from now, April 1, is the opening of the month's launch window for Artemis II that lasts until the 6th, and then the 30th.

From NASA:

You’re invited to join NASA as a Virtual Guest for the historic launch of Artemis II.

Artemis II is targeting a launch in April, with the first opportunity on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6:24 p.m. ET.

This will be NASA's first crewed mission to the Moon in more than 50 years. It will pave the way for new U.S. crewed operations on the lunar surface and building the Moon Base.

Four astronauts—Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen—will embark on a 10-day journey aboard the powerful Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft, orbiting Earth before traveling around the far side of the Moon and back.

As a NASA Virtual Guest, you’ll receive mission updates, curated resources, interactive opportunities, and two commemorative passport stamps following launch and splashdown for your NASA Virtual Guest passport. Let NASA know you’ll be joining us virtually by registering below:
